1. Is the Metro Transit ride pass really free?
Yes! Thanks to our partnership with Metro Transit, all Night Market attendees can ride for free on the event day with a valid digital pass.
2. How do I get the free ride pass?
Complete a short form on Metro Transit's website for your chosen day. You'll receive a digital pass via email to use on buses and trains.
3. Can I use the pass on both days?
Each pass is valid for one day only. If you plan to attend both days, you'll need to register separately for each day's pass.
4. Is the pass valid on all Metro Transit services?
Yes, the pass is valid on all Metro Transit buses, light rail lines. It is NOT valid on the Northstar Line.
5. Do children need a pass?
Children aged 5 and under ride free with a fare-paying adult and do not need a pass. Children aged 6 and above will need their own pass.
6. Can I use the pass multiple times in one day?
Absolutely! The pass is valid for unlimited rides on the specified day.
7. What if I don't have a smartphone?
You can print the digital pass received via email and present it when boarding.
8. Do I need to show ID with the pass?
No ID is required. Simply show your digital or printed pass when boarding.
9. Can I get a refund if I don't use the pass?
The pass is free, so no payment is involved, and therefore, no refunds are necessary.
